These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the RS Matrix website and the purchase or participation in services provided by RS Matrix.
By purchasing, booking or participating in an RS Matrix service, you agree to the applicable terms set out below.
1. ABOUT RS MATRIX
RS Matrix provides personal training, nutrition coaching, online coaching and related health and fitness services.

2. INITIAL CONSULTATIONS
RS Matrix may offer a free initial consultation to discuss your goals, circumstances and suitability for its services.
A consultation does not require you to purchase a programme and does not guarantee that RS Matrix will be able to provide a particular service.
RS Matrix may recommend a different service or decline to provide coaching where it would be inappropriate or unsafe to proceed.
3. HEALTH & MEDICAL INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding your health, medical conditions, medication, injuries, physical limitations and any other circumstances that could affect your ability to exercise or make dietary changes.
You must notify RS Matrix if relevant health circumstances change during your programme.
RS Matrix may require completion of health screening documentation, including a PAR-Q, before exercise begins.
Where appropriate, you may be asked to obtain clearance from a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional before participating.
RS Matrix reserves the right to postpone or refuse training where there are reasonable health or safety concerns.
4. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
RS Matrix provides fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching within the appropriate scope of its services.
Information provided by RS Matrix is not intended to replace diagnosis, treatment or advice from a doctor, dietitian or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
You should seek appropriate medical advice if you have concerns about your health or whether a programme is suitable for you.
5. PERSONAL TRAINING & EXERCISE
Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including fatigue, muscle soreness and injury.
You agree to follow coaching instructions responsibly, exercise within your capabilities and immediately stop exercising and inform your coach if you experience unusual pain, dizziness, chest pain, severe shortness of breath or otherwise feel unwell.
Training programmes are created using the information available to RS Matrix and may be modified where appropriate.
6. NUTRITION COACHING
Nutrition recommendations are based on your goals, lifestyle, preferences and information you provide.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, nutrition coaching does not constitute medical nutrition therapy or treatment of a medical condition.
You are responsible for informing RS Matrix of relevant allergies, intolerances, medical conditions and medications.
Where your circumstances require specialist medical or dietary support, you may be advised to consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
7. PROGRAMMES & SERVICES
The exact services included in your programme will be confirmed before you begin.
Depending on the package purchased, services may include:
Personal training
Personalised training programmes
Nutrition coaching
Online coaching
Accountability and check-ins
Progress tracking
App-based support
Bloodwork-related coaching or analysis
Other agreed services
The contents, duration, frequency and delivery method of each package may vary.
Your individual package and price will be confirmed separately before payment.
8. PAYMENTS
Prices will be communicated before you agree to purchase a service.
Payment may be required in full or through an agreed instalment arrangement.
Where instalments are agreed, you remain responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule.
RS Matrix may suspend services where an agreed payment becomes overdue.
Any additional services outside the agreed package may incur an additional charge, which will be agreed before they are provided.
9. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
RS Matrix currently operates a 24-hour cancellation policy for booked personal training sessions.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, you should provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as used and charged accordingly.
Where RS Matrix needs to cancel a session, reasonable efforts will be made to rearrange it without additional charge.
Exceptional circumstances may be considered at RS Matrix's discretion.
10. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.
Where you purchase services remotely or away from business premises, you may have a legal right to cancel within a specified period depending on the circumstances and nature of the service.
Where you expressly request that services begin during any applicable cancellation period, you may be required to pay for services already provided if you subsequently cancel.
Any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. PACKAGE EXPIRY
Where sessions or services must be used within a particular timeframe, this will be communicated to you before purchase or stated in your package agreement.
Unused sessions may expire after the agreed period unless otherwise agreed with RS Matrix.
Extensions may be considered in exceptional circumstances but are not guaranteed.
12. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
For RS Matrix to provide effective coaching, you agree to:
Provide honest and accurate information
Communicate relevant changes in your health or circumstances
Follow training and nutrition guidance responsibly
Attend agreed sessions and check-ins where applicable
Communicate difficulties or concerns
Treat your coach and others respectfully
Take reasonable responsibility for implementing the agreed programme
RS Matrix may suspend or end a coaching relationship where continued participation would be unsafe, inappropriate or where there has been serious or repeated unacceptable behaviour.
13. RESULTS
RS Matrix will provide coaching, guidance and support designed to help you work towards your goals.
However, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Results vary between individuals and depend on factors including your starting point, health, consistency, nutrition, training, recovery, lifestyle and adherence to the programme.
Testimonials, photographs or results achieved by other clients should not be interpreted as a guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome.
14. BLOODWORK ANALYSIS
Where RS Matrix provides bloodwork-related analysis or guidance, this service is intended to help you better understand information relevant to your health, nutrition or performance within the scope of RS Matrix's expertise.
It does not constitute medical diagnosis.
Where results indicate something requiring medical investigation or treatment, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
15. ONLINE & APP-BASED COACHING
Some services may be delivered using third-party applications, messaging services or other digital platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access and compatible equipment where required.
Temporary interruption or unavailability of a third-party service may occasionally be outside RS Matrix's control.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Training programmes, nutrition materials, guides, documents, videos, graphics and other materials supplied by RS Matrix remain the intellectual property of RS Matrix or their respective owners unless otherwise stated.
They are provided for your personal use and should not be reproduced, resold, distributed or shared commercially without permission.
17. PHOTOGRAPHS & TESTIMONIALS
RS Matrix will not use your photographs, transformation images or testimonials for marketing purposes without appropriate permission.
Where consent is provided, you may contact RS Matrix if you later wish to discuss withdrawal of that consent. Withdrawal will not affect uses already lawfully made before withdrawal and may not always permit recall of material already published or distributed.
18. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information is handled in accordance with the RS Matrix Privacy Policy.
Health information and other sensitive information supplied during consultation or onboarding will be handled with appropriate care and confidentiality.
19. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to applicable law, RS Matrix will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
20. CHANGES TO SERVICES OR THESE TERMS
RS Matrix may update its services or these Terms from time to time.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid service, RS Matrix will take reasonable steps to communicate the change.
The latest website Terms & Conditions will display the date they were last updated.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you will retain any mandatory rights you have regarding where legal proceedings may be brought.
